Biscotti are based on an Italian recipe for twice-baked biscuits, especially created for dipping into a hot drink, or into a glass of Vin Santo at the end of the meal as a dessert.
All of my Biscotti are handmade and nut-free, made without butter and using local flour and eggs. Made in three sizes, they are great to treat yourself, but packaged beautifully for gifts too.
The Mini-Biscotti - perfect for a little treat, ideal as a gift or to serve with your after-dinner coffee.
The Original Biscotti- comes in a pack of 4, great for sharing with a friend over a hot drink.
The Gourmet Biscotti - perfect just for one, have it with your morning coffee or as an afternoon pick-me-up with tea.
